The residents of Riverwalk take pride in where they live and want this to be the most envied neighborhood in West Tennessee. We want to offer everyone who lives here a safe place to call “home.”

 Visitors to the neighborhood will notice a close-knit group of neighbors who enjoy spending time with each other and participating in activities together. Kids are often seen happily playing outside with parents chatting and watching on nearby.

Riverwalk is a great example of true Southern hospitality.

Riverwalk is governed by a Board of Directors elected annually and an Architectural Committee, which governs the neighborhood maintenance and architectural integrity of Riverwalk.

All residents are encouraged to participate in keeping the community spotless and all home maintenance up-to-date.
